Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ben Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Psycho Vaughan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Psycho Vaughan has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ben Tyler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Psycho Vaughan! The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Dmitry Maklakov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tyler tries to clinch there but Vaughan circles away.
Tyler misses with a double jab.
Vaughan misses with a few strikes there.
A looping hook to the body misses from Vaughan. Tyler does a little dance to reset his feet. Vaughan misses with an uppercut. Tyler fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Vaughan manages to avoid it. Vaughan throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Tyler tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Vaughan is in Tyler's guard. Vaughan content to stall in guard here. Vaughan is working Tyler over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tyler looking for a sweep. Not yet Tyler, not yet. Vaughan is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Vaughan being controlled here momentarily. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Vaughan throwing strikes from guard but Tyler blocks nicely. Vaughan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's one minute gone in the round. Vaughan is fighting to break Tyler's control of his arms but Tyler is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Vaughan preventing the sweep. Tyler not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Vaughan missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Vaughan tries to free his leg and advance position but Tyler is retaining full guard. Tyler has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Vaughan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Vaughan postures up and lands a big shot to Tyler's brow. Vaughan working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Vaughan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Vaughan working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Vaughan trying to control but Tyler is working from the bottom. Vaughan trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Tyler lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Tyler trying to control the position from guard on top but Vaughan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyler chips away with some ground and pound. Tyler wants to control from the top but Vaughan keeps moving. Tyler stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Vaughan swivels though and keeps the full guard. Vaughan is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Tyler wants to control from the top but Vaughan keeps moving. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Vaughan can't keep his opponent in guard - Tyler advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Vaughan wants to improve his position but Tyler is controlling well.
Nice strikes from Tyler there. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Tyler is working for a kimura but Vaughan is defending it quite comfortably.
Vaughan is looking for a sweep. Tyler is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Vaughan is not content to let Tyler control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Psycho Vaughan will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Vaughan throws a jab but it's blocked by Tyler. Vaughan takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
A slow jab from Vaughan misses its intended target. Vaughan doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Vaughan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Tyler looks to land a left hand but Vaughan moved out of range nicely. Tyler ducks under a wild hook from Vaughan. No luck with that takedown attempt from Vaughan. Tyler comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tyler throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Tyler throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Tyler cracks Vaughan with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Vaughan throws a body shot but no joy. Tyler changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Tyler uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Vaughan.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyler keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Vaughan. Vaughan uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Tyler avoids a punch combination nicely.
Tyler looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Tyler lands a couple of digs. Tyler's corner is telling him to maintain position. Vaughan keeping full guard, as Tyler tries to pass. Vaughan trying to keep a closed guard but Tyler is proving a slippery customer.
We've been hearing that Tyler has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tyler sitting in guard, not really doing much. Tyler advances to half guard. Vaughan won't allow Tyler to pass to mount. Tyler not landing any meaningful shots this time. Tyler is trying to work for a kimura but Vaughan is defending well.
Tyler seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Vaughan does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyler looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Vaughan makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Vaughan. Tyler throwing strikes from guard but Vaughan blocks nicely. Tyler passes Vaughan's left leg - he's now in half guard. Vaughan striking from half guard on the bottom. Ben Tyler overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Tyler is looking for a kimura here.
Tyler with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Vaughan can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Vaughan keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Tyler moves nicely into side control. Tyler is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Vaughan looks calm but he's in trouble here. Tyler gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Vaughan is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Tyler lets go of the hold and Vaughan can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ben Tyler! After the fight, Ben Tyler was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
