Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Isaac Abrams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
19 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Brutus Landry!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abrams throws a front kick aimed at Landry's knee but Landry avoids it well.
Abrams dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Abrams lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Landry sprawling to the canvas. Abrams follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Landry hang on?
It looks like Brutus Landry has been cut.
Abrams is working for a kimura but Landry is defending it quite comfortably.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Abrams is looking to take a break and control but Landry is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Landry really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Abrams. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Abrams drops an elbow to the side of Landry's head.
Abrams has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Landry pushes Abrams off, looking to escape but Abrams dives into side control. He's locked up a kimura now - that was fast! He's cranking on it and Landry is forced to tap! The fight is over!
