The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
May gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Cxvbbv.
Shawn May's cut is getting worse.
May avoids the head kick by Cxvbbv.
May half committed to a counter leg kick.
May loads up on a big right hand but Cxvbbv slips the punch.
Cxvbbv clinches with his opponent.
Cxvbbv has dropped down and is working for a takedown. May is trying to keep an underhook but Cxvbbv manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Cxvbbv moves to clinch but May breaks away
enabling May to counter with a crisp jab.
May gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Cxvbbv to score an easy takedown into full guard.
May is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
May is trying to stand up here but Cxvbbv is controlling him well.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Cxvbbv. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
May is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Cxvbbv's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Cxvbbv's back!

May has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Cxvbbv is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for May.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Well Cxvbbv has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
