Vasilev connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Vasilev looks to land a combination but Theodoreau avoids it well.
Vasilev drops Theodoreau with a beautiful combination! Theodoreau stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Vasilev is looking for the KO!

Vasilev lets loose with a powerful body kick. Theodoreau will feel that in the morning.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Vasilev has cracked Theodoreau with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Vasilev lands another huge swinging hook and Theodoreau tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Theodoreau, before Vasilev can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:16 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Adrik Vasilev!
