Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tom Bowman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 38 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dillon Weber!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Cecil Peabody and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weber fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bowman is looking to counter with head kicks.
A combination from Weber does no damage.

Bowman changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Weber looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Weber trying to remain calm as Bowman controls from the top position.
Bowman tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Bowman wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Weber, who protects the arm well.

Bowman tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bowman has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bowman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Bowman is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Weber is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Weber trying to remain calm as Bowman controls from the top position.
Bowman wants to lay and pray for a moment but Weber keeps working.
Weber seems a little lost for a moment, as Bowman dominates the positioning.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Bowman is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Weber has escaped the position, nice work there.

Bowman is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Weber is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Bowman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Bowman in side control lands a decent elbow.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Weber managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Bowman.

Bowman is working to tighten his grip on Weber's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Weber has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Bowman is really squeezing tight and eventually Weber passes out! Bowman breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
