The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Cantu holds on and takes a little breather.

Amyot really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Cantu. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Cantu has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Amyot is sitting in close to Cantu's body. Cantu has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Amyot is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Amyot is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Cantu.
