Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mister Breeze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jens Tryggvason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Breeze is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mister Breeze! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jens Tryggvason! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Breeze closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Tryggvason tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Breeze just stands there and leans against the cage. Tryggvason trying to land knees to the body.
Tryggvason jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Breeze walks away with a smile on his face. Tryggvason gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Tryggvason tries to clinch up. Breeze throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Breeze is breathing heavily. Tryggvason changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Breeze looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Breeze is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Tryggvason wants to lay and pray for a moment but Breeze keeps working. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Breeze stops Tryggvason from passing to mount. Tryggvason working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Tryggvason moves into full mount! Breeze is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Hey Steves Fight Shack, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Tryggvason content just to control the position here. Tryggvason can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Breeze is looking to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Tryggvason is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Breeze avoids a strike by Tryggvason and manages to complete a very nice reversal in the process, to end up in Tryggvason's guard! Fantastic escape!
Tryggvason trying to control the position here. Tryggvason has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Breeze can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tryggvason keeping moving, preventing Breeze from controlling successfully. Tryggvason looking to hit a scissor sweep but Breeze is one step ahead there. Breeze stops Tryggvason from standing up. Tryggvason trying to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Breeze is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tryggvason is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Tryggvason tries to clinch up but Breeze circles away and keeps his distance. Tryggvason tries to score a power double leg takedown but Breeze sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tryggvason somewhat. Breeze throwing a counter right hand but Tryggvason manages to avoid it. Mister Breeze has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jens Tryggvason. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Breeze throws a hook to the side of Tryggvason's head but Tryggvason sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Tryggvason shoots in for a takedown but Breeze shows good takedown defense. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jens Tryggvason will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Tryggvason tries for a takedown but Breeze circles away easily and Breeze counters with a nice leg kick. Breeze stuffs the takedown attempt from Tryggvason. Tryggvason gets slowly back to his feet. Tryggvason shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Tryggvason was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Tryggvason in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tryggvason is looking to take a break and control but Breeze is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Breeze is trying to improve his position. Tryggvason remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Tryggvason is looking to take a break and control but Breeze is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Breeze avoids the head kick by Tryggvason.
Tryggvason has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Tryggvason tries to clinch but Breeze moves out of range. It looked like Breeze was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Tryggvason. Tryggvason throws a body kick that misses. Tryggvason looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Breeze is fending him off so far but Tryggvason persists. Nope, Breeze circles away and we're back to standing. Mister Breeze has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jens Tryggvason. Tryggvason shoots in for a takedown but Breeze shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Tryggvason misses with a body kick. Tryggvason fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Tryggvason closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Breeze did well to prevent Tryggvason getting side control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Breeze gets back to full guard.
Breeze keeping moving, preventing Tryggvason from controlling successfully. Breeze is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Breeze preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Tryggvason sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Breeze's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Tryggvason throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Tryggvason is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Breeze defends it well. Tryggvason is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Tryggvason thows a huge punch but Breeze dodges it nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jens Tryggvason showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Tryggvason shoots in but Breeze avoids the takedown attempt easily. A clash of legs there as Tryggvason blocks the low kick. Breeze tries to clinch up but Tryggvason circles away and keeps his distance. Tryggvason shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Breeze defends it nicely. Mister Breeze has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jens Tryggvason. Both fighters are breathing heavily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Breeze misses with an uppercut. Tryggvason saw that one coming. No luck with that takedown attempt from Tryggvason.

Tryggvason throws out a loose jab but Breeze uses good head movement to avoid it. Breeze looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit. Tryggvason swings widly with a right hand
and Breeze counters with a lovely shot to the body. Tryggvason fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Breeze is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Mister Breeze has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tryggvason shoots for a takedown but Breeze saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Tryggvason gets a takedown into half guard. Tryggvason trying to control the action but Breeze is working from the bottom. It looks like Tryggvason is going to stand back up.
Tryggvason is keen to just control but Breeze is a slippery customer.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Breeze blocking the ground and pound attempt from Tryggvason. Tryggvason is trying to control. Breeze wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Tryggvason is looking to advance position but Breeze won't allow it. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Tryggvason is trying to work for a kimura but Breeze is defending well.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Tryggvason tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Breeze.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Tryggvason is looking to clinch but Breeze is avoiding it.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Tryggvason. Tryggvason uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Breeze. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Tryggvason wants to clinch. Breeze throws a counter high kick but Tryggvason was just alert enough to avoid it.
And that's the end of the fight! Mister Breeze showed his dominance in that final round. I think Tryggvason has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
