Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Jane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stanley Quirat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tom Jane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Stanley Quirat! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jane circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jane forces Quirat back against the cage and clinches. Jane jumps into guard, dragging Quirat to the mat.
Jane looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Jane's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Quirat scoring with some ground and pound. Quirat postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Quirat working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Quirat being controlled here momentarily. Quirat must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Jane looking for a guillotine here but Quirat defends easily.
Jane is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jane sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Quirat defending well though. Jane wants to pass the guard but Quirat is defending well. Quirat is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Jane is thwarting Quirat's attempts to control the position. Jane missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Jane not doing much here.
Jane decides to stand up. Jane scores with a hook. Jane throws a series of punches but Quirat avoids them all with ease. Quirat moves in looking to clinch but Jane pushes him off. Quirat fails with a takedown attempt. Jane throws a big counter combination but Quirat scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jane shoots in but Quirat avoids the takedown attempt easily. Despite the aggression on Quirat's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Quirat stuffs the takedown attempt from Jane. Jane gets slowly back to his feet. Quirat is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Jane shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Quirat as he jumps to the side. Quirat lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tom Jane. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jane shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Quirat throws a counter combo. Quirat checks a low kick from Jane. Quirat has worked on his takedown defense in the runup to this fight and it is paying off so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Jane fails with a takedown attempt. Jane shoots in and drives through. Quirat sprawls well. Quirat fails to land the takedown. Jane misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jane shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Quirat is trying to defend but Jane finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Jane dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
A left lands for Jane. Jane misses with a low kick. Jane avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jane tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Jane shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Quirat pinned against the cage. Quirat gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jane throws a leg kick and Quirat counters with a three punch combo that has Jane backing up. Jane nods at Quirat to acknowledge the strikes. Jane shoots in for a takedown but Quirat shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Jane connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Quirat's hands. Jane throws a head kick but Quirat moves out of range.
Quirat throws out a counter right but Jane avoids it with no problem. Jane fails with the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tom Jane. That's going to take a lot out of him. Jane closes the distance and clinches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Quirat tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Quirat jumps into guard, dragging Jane to the mat.
Quirat is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Quirat is breathing heavily. Jane engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Quirat really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jane. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Quirat is looking to stand up but Jane isn't so interested in that idea. Jane slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Jane pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Quirat is keeping the position for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jane slips nicely into half guard. Jane is figuring out what he wants to do next. Jane has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Jane misses with a takedown attempt - Quirat sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Despite the aggression on Quirat's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Good shot there by Jane. Jane dives in for a single leg takedown but Quirat sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Quirat tries to keep at a distance but Jane has taken the fight into the clinch. Jane pulls Quirat into guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jane has Quirat pulled in close to control his posture. Quirat stopping the sweep attempt from Jane. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Jane dominated that second round. That's time! Jane's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!
Jane closes the distance and pushes Quirat back into the cage. Jane has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Quirat uses from the top position. Quirat lands a couple of elbows. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Jane is on top in guard.
Quirat wants to get back to his feet but Jane passes into half guard.

Quirat is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Quirat is trying to pull guard but Jane turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Quirat takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Jane drops down looking for an ankle pick but Quirat pulls his leg out and moves away.
Jane misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Quirat unleashes a big counter combination but Jane bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Jane shoots in for a double leg but Quirat sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jane shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Quirat but Quirat pushes him off and we're back to square one. Jane instigates a clinch. Jane escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jane will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. A countering left hand to the body from Quirat misses. Jane shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Quirat sprawls well. Quirat wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jane gets slowly back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jane gets a clinch. Jane effectively controlling the action here. Quirat has Jane pressed against the cage, preventing Jane from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Quirat is trying to maintain a safe position but Jane gets an underhook and turns Quirat into the cage. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jane is pressed up against the cage. Quirat has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Jane down to the mat. Jane avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Jane tries to score a power double leg takedown but Quirat sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jane somewhat. Quirat unleashes a big counter combination but Jane bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Tom Jane showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Jane, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
