Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nathan Cadge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Money Earner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Money Earner will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Nathan Cadge! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Money Earner! The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Ryoma Takatsuka and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Earner bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Nice defenses there by Earner. Earner lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Cadge walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Cadge uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Earner. Cadge connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Earner's hands. Cadge throws a lazy right hand but Earner sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Cadge looks to throw the jab but Earner is out of range. Earner connects with a body shot that sends Cadge's belly button to the back. Cadge dives in and scores a takedown into Earner's guard. Cadge throws a big elbow that misses. Cadge wants to control from the top but Earner keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cadge in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Cadge slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cadge trying to control the action but Earner is working from the bottom. A lull in the action here as Cadge stalls from top position. Earner tries to buck Cadge off but Cadge is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Cadge throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Cadge working the ground and pound but Earner is defending the strikes. Cadge postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Earner is trying to get back to his feet. Cadge tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Cadge postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Earner can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cadge misses with the ground and pound. Earner is not content to let Cadge control the position. Cadge working the ground and pound.
It looks like Money Earner has been cut. Cadge in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Cadge scores with punches from side control. Cadge misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Earner takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Cadge has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Earner tries to bench press Cadge off him but Cadge keeps the position. The strikes coming from Cadge are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Cadge postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Cadge wants to lay and pray for a moment but Earner keeps working. Cadge is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Earner is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Cadge creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Earner sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nathan Cadge dominated that round. The cut man is working on Money Earner's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Horrible takedown attempt by Cadge or perhaps it was just good defense by Earner, which made it look bad. Cadge is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Earner can do to turn this around? Cadge scores with a nice head shot. Earner throws a body punch but Cadge moves out of range. Cadge throws a right hand that Earner ducks under and follows up with a left that Earner also avoids with ease. Cadge takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Earner throws a predictable looking body shot
and Cadge counters with a straight right hand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cadge misses with a hook
and Earner counters with a lovely straight right hand! Earner ducks under a wild hook from Cadge. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Earner! But no joy. Cadge fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Earner manages to avoid it. Cadge displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Earner throws out the jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cadge throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nathan Cadge seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Earner swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cadge feints and as Earner raises his hands in defense, Cadge changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Cadge prevents Earner from getting back to his feet. Cadge is working Earner over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Cadge throws a big elbow that misses. Cadge pushes down on Earner's leg and manages to get into half guard. Nathan Cadge overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Cadge is pressing down on Earner's thigh, looking to free his foot. Earner is holding on for now. Cadge is trying to control. Earner wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cadge passes to side control. Cadge sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Earner is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Earner takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Earner is not content to let Cadge control the position. Cadge slows the pace down.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cadge is putting a hurting on Earner here, landing some big shots from side control. Cadge is trying to get an arm triangle but Earner is defending well. Earner gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Earner bucks up and throws Cadge to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape! Cadge throws a jab when Earner was well out of range. Earner digs a good hook to Cadge's body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cadge connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Cadge throws a leg kick and Cadge takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A jab from Cadge misses. Cadge throws a poor cross that misses
and Earner counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. A jab from Cadge does it's job there. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Earner misses the jab. Donk. Cadge catches Earner right on the button with a cross. Cadge bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Earner throws a jab but it's blocked by Cadge. Earner misses with a lunging right hand
enabling Cadge to counter with a crisp jab. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Nathan Cadge dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Money Earner's cut. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!
Cadge slips a straight right by Earner. A little feinted left hand from Cadge on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
That has opened up Money Earner's cut even more. Cadge closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Cadge misses with a takedown enabling Earner to counter with a crisp jab. Earner with a jab. Earner works Cadge's body with a nice hook. Earner ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Earner misses with a body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Earner throws a jab when Cadge was well out of range. Earner ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Cadge goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cadge keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Earner. Cadge throws a right hand that misses
and Earner counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A looping hook to the body misses from Cadge. Earner does a little dance to reset his feet. Cadge scores with a crisp jab that stopped Earner in his tracks. Cadge rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Earner counters with a lovely shot to the body. Cadge throws the left hand but Earner avoids the punch easily. Earner misses with an uppercut. Cadge steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Earner. Earner throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Earner blocks a head kick by Cadge.
Earner looks like he wants to counter punch here. Earner bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cadge's head backwards. Nathan Cadge is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cadge lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Earner circles away quickly and effectively. Cadge steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Earner. Money Earner is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Cadge swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Earner looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Earner rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cadge moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Earner scores with a hook. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The fighters circling - Cadge throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Earner looks like he wants to counter punch here. Cadge takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Earner lands a lovely overhand right. Cadge looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Earner throws out a counter right but Cadge avoids it with no problem. Earner moves away from the strike by Cadge. Earner is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Cadge with a body shot.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cadge misses with an uppercut. Earner looks like he wants to counter punch here. Earner just misses with a punch to the body.
Cadge plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Cadge works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Earner thows a left - swing and a miss! Cadge darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Cadge trying to control the action but Earner is working from the bottom. Cadge not landing any meaningful shots this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Cadge wants to lay and pray for a moment but Earner keeps working. Cadge seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Earner wants to get back to his feet.

And that's the end of the fight! Money Earner comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Cadge has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
