PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between George Kazinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vermin Supreme (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kazinski might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to 2pac - Soldier Like Me. The key to victory for George Kazinski has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, George Kazinski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Vermin Supreme!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Darius Henderson and Ben Watson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kazinski doesn't manage to clinch there - Supreme circles away.
Supreme moves forwards but Kazinski connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Supreme looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Kazinski will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kazinski shoots in for a takedown but Supreme shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Kazinski tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Supreme defends well and Kazinski ends up having to push Supreme into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Supreme takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Kazinski decides to stand back up. Kazinski steps back and let's Supreme get back to his feet.
Kazinski changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Supreme tries to avoid it but Kazinski manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Supreme to the ground. Supreme escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Supreme closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kazinski circles away.
George Kazinski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Supreme shoots in but no luck this time.

The fight stays on the outside here - Kazinski looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Kazinski closes the distance and clinches up with Supreme, looking for a takedown. Kazinski pushes Supreme against the cage but Supreme circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Kazinski bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Supreme's guard.

Kazinski takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Supreme is doing well to control the position and prevent Kazinski from advancing to side control.
Kazinski is pressing down on Supreme's thigh, looking to free his foot. Supreme is holding on for now.

A close round but Vermin Supreme will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Supreme shoots in for a double leg but Kazinski sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
It appears Kazinski was looking to counter with a kick there.
Kazinski tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kazinski shoots in but Supreme avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kazinski looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Supreme is fending him off so far but Kazinski persists. Nope, Supreme circles away and we're back to standing.

Kazinski working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Supreme doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Supreme manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Supreme really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kazinski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Kazinski throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Supreme's waist but Supreme gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kazinski off to one side.

Supreme shoots for a double leg takedown but Kazinski sprawls well. He's pushed Supreme's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Kazinski dives in and grabs Supreme's left leg, looking for a takedown. Supreme pushes down on Kazinski's head and hops out.

Supreme shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kazinski as he jumps to the side.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
