Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mark Brownie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hulk Kelly! The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brownie smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Brownie cracks Kelly with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Kelly darts in trying to clinch and Brownie counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Brownie lands with a right hand. Kelly with a lazy takedown attempt letting Brownie counter with a right hand. Kelly takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Kelly has his takedown stuffed and Brownie counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Brownie uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kelly has time to react. Brownie is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Brownie fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kelly on the side of the head. Kelly misses with a takedown and Brownie counters with a nice uppercut. Mark Brownie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hulk Kelly. Kelly drops his hands momentarily and Brownie takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Brownie works Kelly's body with a nice hook. The fight stays on the outside here - Kelly looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Nice sprawl there from Brownie as Kelly shoots in. Brownie scores with a decent looking hook. Kelly shoots and misses and Brownie counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kelly shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Brownie defends it nicely. Brownie fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kelly on the side of the head.

Kelly looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Mark Brownie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A punch lands to the side of Kelly 's head but he takes it in his stride. Brownie lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Kelly displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Brownie throws out the jab. This has been an exciting period of action! Brownie lands with a right hand. Kelly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Brownie paws at him with a jab and circles away. Brownie swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Mark Brownie dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Brownie is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kelly can do to turn this around? Brownie jabs Kelly to the body, keeping him at a distance. Brownie scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kelly doesn't seem bothered though. Brownie connects with a crisp jab. Brownie lands with a shot to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kelly tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Brownie stuffs the takedown. Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Kelly might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Brownie has got the better of the exchanges. Kelly keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Mark Brownie dominated that second round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Kelly tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Brownie counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Brownie lands a jab-cross combination. The fight stays on the outside here - Kelly looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Brownie is looking to counter punch. Kelly throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A jab from Brownie finds it's way through Kelly's defenses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Brownie scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kelly doesn't seem bothered though. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Kelly tries to clinch but Brownie is having none of it. Brownie moves into range and connects with a jab. Brownie leaves Kelly with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Mark Brownie is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Kelly throws a lazy body kick and Brownie counters with a straight right hand. Brownie punishes Kelly's body with a nice straight punch. Kelly tries for a takedown but Brownie circles away easily and Brownie counters with a nice uppercut. Brownie swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Kelly wants to clinch up but Brownie keeps it at a distance. Kelly throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

And that's the end of the fight! Mark Brownie showed his dominance in that final round. Well Brownie has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
