Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Saam Ante and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Excellent takedown into side control there by Van Kompf.
Mcdonald wants to control but Van Kompf postures up.
Both fighters take a look at the clock.
Mcdonald struggling a bit here.
Mcdonald tries to bench press Van Kompf off him but Van Kompf keeps the position.
Van Kompf wants to stand but Mcdonald has his arm trapped.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Van Kompf wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mcdonald keeps working.
Mcdonald holds on to Van Kompf's head and controls the position momentarily.
Van Kompf wants to stand but Mcdonald has his arm trapped.

Van Kompf creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Mcdonald sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Van Kompf misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Mcdonald tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Van Kompf wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mcdonald wants to control but Van Kompf postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Van Kompf stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Van Kompf fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mcdonald on the side of the head.
Mcdonald is rocked!
It looks like Antonia Mcdonald has been cut.
Mcdonald throws a body kick that misses.
Oh Mcdonald is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Van Kompf drops Mcdonald with a big left hand! Mcdonald is injured, injured bad! Van Kompf jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
