Nascimento kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Symptom of The Universe (1975) . Romaneiro comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Guns of Brixton - The Clash kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Sola Romaneiro has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Romaneiro closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Nascimento's guard.

Romaneiro shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Nascimento pinned against the ropes. Nascimento gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Romaneiro bounces back off the ropes towards Nascimento, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Nascimento lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Nascimento celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Cristiano Nascimento decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
