Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Maria Garrett!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Marek Weeill!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Donald Grub and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weeill throws the kick towards the body but Garrett avoids it.
Weeill shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Garrett's guard.
Weeill stands and steps away. Garrett gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Weeill fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Garrett sprawls well initially but Weeill persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Garrett is rocked!
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Weeill working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Weeill stands up out of the half guard.
Oh Garrett is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Weeill lands with a kick to the ribs.
Garrett is breathing heavily.
Weeill lands a big right hook! Garrett looks hurt but is still standing! Weeill lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Garrett falls down and Weeill dives in with a huge hammer fist! Garrett's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Weeill runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Marek Weeill!
