Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Fernando Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Typhaze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva comes to the ring accompanied by Instrumental Core - The Angels Among Demons. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Fernando Silva! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, King Typhaze! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Phil Schofield and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Typhaze tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Silva manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Typhaze misses with an uppercut
and Silva counters with a nice double leg into side control. Typhaze won't be happy with that. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Typhaze is trying to control Silva's posture but Silva avoids it. Silva working the head and body with strikes. Silva takes a little break here. Typhaze wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. Typhaze is not content to let Silva control the position. Typhaze struggling a bit here. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Typhaze tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Silva wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Typhaze can't do much from the bottom here. Silva working the ground and pound. Silva cracks Typhaze with a big right hand but Typhaze just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Silva in side control lands a decent elbow. Silva working the head with strikes. Silva advances nicely into full mount. Typhaze wants to hold on but Silva pushes him away. Silva prevents Typhaze from getting the reversal. Silva lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Silva is working away from the top position though. Silva wants to free his trapped foot but Typhaze is holding on for dear life with his legs. Fernando Silva overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Silva working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Silva seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.

Typhaze is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Silva looking to control and managing it successfully. Typhaze is still in real trouble! Can Silva finish him? The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Silva cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

And that's the end of the fight! Fernando Silva showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Silva, winning every round. Will the judges agree?
