Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mo Stash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ongka Ongka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ongka has chosen Abebe as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ongka Ongka has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mo Stash!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ongka Ongka!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Ivan Kurochkin and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ongka blocks a jab.
Ongka throws a low kick but Stash avoids it.
Ongka swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Stash looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Stash misses with a head kick.
Ongka does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Some bone on bone action there as Stash checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Ongka swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Stash feinted with a counter takedown.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ongka lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Stash has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Stash and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Stash lands a big head kick that sends Ongka tumbling to the mat! Stash takes a step backwards and waves Ongka back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stash feints and then cracks Ongka's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ongka down.

Stash ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ongka moves away.
Ongka appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

It looked like Stash wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Mo Stash dominated that round.

Stash stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ongka swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ongka wants to stand up but Stash is controlling him.
Ongka keeping moving, preventing Stash from controlling successfully.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Stash distracts Ongka with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Stash trying to control the position from guard on top but Ongka is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Ongka looking for a guillotine here but Stash defends easily.
Ongka bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Stash's guard.


Stash has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ongka can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Stash is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Ongka sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Stash's guard.

Ongka looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Stash with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.


It looks like Mo Stash has been cut.

Ongka is working for a kimura but Stash is defending it quite comfortably.
Stash is looking for a sweep. Ongka is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Stash is not content to let Ongka control the position.

Ongka seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Stash does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Ongka maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Stash could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Ongka has cracked it and Stash is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Ongka!

Ongka Ongka was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
