The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogtrotter scores with a jab. Mcdowell acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Mcdowell keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Bogtrotter.
Mcdowell is looking to counter the offense by Bogtrotter and move into the clinch.
Mcdowell has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Mcdowell there as he acknowledges the shot.
Bogtrotter throws a poor cross that misses
and Mcdowell counters with a single leg into guard. Bogtrotter didn't expect that.
Bogtrotter escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mcdowell gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bogtrotter working for submissions but it's allowed Mcdowell to get to half guard.
Bogtrotter wants to improve his position but Mcdowell is controlling well.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bogtrotter is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Mcdowell's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Mcdowell's back!
Bogtrotter has managed to slip his arm under Mcdowell's chin. This could be all over... yep, Mcdowell is tapping out! Submission win for Bogtrotter.

Bruce Bogtrotter tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
