The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Ackerman and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body kick there by Voli.
Voli connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Diavolo shoots for a double leg takedown but Voli sprawls well. He's pushed Diavolo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Voli thumps Diavolo with a low kick.
Diavolo takes a kick to the side of the head.
Voli closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Voli escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Voli counters with a nice body kick.
Diavolo throws the left hand but Voli avoids the punch easily.
Diavolo takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Pablito Diavolo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Voli bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Voli is breathing heavily.
Voli moves into the clinch.
Voli breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Diavolo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Voli moves away.
Voli has managed to clinch.
Voli manages to break the clinch.
Voli forces Diavolo back against the cage and clinches.
Voli breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Diavolo throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
The fighters circling - Diavolo throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Diavolo throws a leg kick but Voli sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Diavolo swings for the body but Voli moves out of range.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Voli knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Diavolo on the ground.

We've been informed that Diavolo has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Diavolo tries to get to full guard but Voli has control of the leg.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Diavolo is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Voli pulls his head out easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Diavolo is pressing down on Voli's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Voli got a little sloppy there for a moment and Diavolo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Voli has managed to get both his arms back between Diavolo's legs - danger averted.
Diavolo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Voli doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Diavolo is tightening it up a little... Voli has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Voli reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Voli taps out! Nice BJJ there by Diavolo!

A relieved looking Pablito Diavolo thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
