The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Eddie Farnsworth and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leidner throws a right hand that Jorge Yanko ducks under and follows up with a left that Jorge Yanko also avoids with ease.
Jorge Yanko scores with a nice right hand.
Leidner fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jorge Yanko sprawls well initially but Leidner persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Leidner passes to full mount!
Leidner tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Jorge Yanko could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Leidner lands a couple of good shots and Jorge Yanko has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Jorge Yanko knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Leidner on the ground.
Leidner slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Leidner is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Jorge Yanko with him. Jorge Yanko is trying to defend but Leidner has an arm under the chin now! Jorge Yanko grimaces and is forced to tap out!
