Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Philip Mosley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dicken My Butte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Dicken My Butte was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dicken My Butte!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Roger Salmon and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
My Butte misses with a double jab
and Mosley counters by moving into the clinch.
Mosley manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Mosley is looking to stand up but My Butte isn't so interested in that idea.
Mosley is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Mosley wants to get back to his feet but My Butte is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mosley pushes My Butte off and gets back to his feet.
My Butte swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
My Butte looks winded!

My Butte misses with a few strikes there.

Mosley moves in looking to clinch but My Butte pushes him off.

Mosley tries to counter by moving into the clinch but My Butte manages to circle out of the way.

As My Butte tries to get set, Mosley tries to push him back and clinch up but My Butte manages to avoid the attempt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Mosley looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Mosley throws a head kick that misses.

Mosley tries to counter by moving into the clinch but My Butte manages to circle out of the way.
Mosley bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mosley fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Mosley creates some space and throws a big elbow, but My Butte sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mosley is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but My Butte is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Mosley could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Mosley has an Americana. My Butte didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Mosley is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Mosley hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
