Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Bad Idea (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Braden Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Idea comes to the cage accompanied by Boss of All Bosses . Turk is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Status Quo- Deeper and Down. Bad Idea has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
33 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bad Idea!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
35 - 26 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Braden Turk!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turk walks into a jab.
Turk throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Idea scores with the left hand. Turk knows he should have avoided that one.
Idea slips a straight right by Turk.
Idea wants to clinch.
Turk walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Idea checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Turk throws a hook to the side of Idea's head but Idea sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Idea throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Turk's head.
Idea with a hook.
Turk staying out of range there.
Turk looks to throw the jab but Idea is out of range.
Braden Turk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Turk takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Turk throws a jab but it's blocked by Idea.
Turk waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Idea.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Turk misses with a right hand
and Idea counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Idea with a nice head shot there.
Turk is trying to keep Idea in close.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Idea is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Turk wants to sweep but no luck.
Turk controlling Idea's posture.
Idea working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Turk keeping moving, preventing Idea from controlling successfully.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Turk looking to hit a scissor sweep but Idea is one step ahead there.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Turk goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Idea is looking to counter punch.
Idea feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Turk's calf.
Turk ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Idea moves away.
Idea lands with a kick to the temple. Turk shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Turk keeps the fight on the outside.
Both fighters circling a little - Turk finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Turk throws a lazy right hand but Idea sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Idea.
Idea slips under a jab from Turk.
Idea on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
A nice inside leg kick there by Idea. That's going to slow Turk down.
Idea waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Turk.
Idea avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Turk connects with a crisp jab.
Turk misses with a leg kick.
Idea is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Idea moves out of range of the strikes.
Turk lunges at Idea with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Idea's hand.
Turk attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Idea drops down looking for a counter takedown but Turk sprawls and moves away.
Idea lands a jab to the head.
Turk fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Idea has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Idea scores with a nice strike.
Idea blocks a low kick nicely.
Turk gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Idea throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Turk swings away with a body shot that misses
and Idea cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Turk throws a jab but it's blocked by Idea.
Turk takes a swing at Idea's ribcage but misses.
Idea was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Idea throws the left hand but Turk avoids the punch easily.
Turk feints a counter leg kick.
Turk dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Idea fails with the takedown.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Turk cracks Idea with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Turk fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Idea checks it well.
Idea moves into the clinch.
Idea tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Idea tries to stall but Turk uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Turk throws a punch but it's blocked by Idea.
Idea has Turk pressed against the cage, preventing Turk from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Turk misses with a hook from the clinch.
Idea is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Idea lands a right hand that snaps the head of Turk backwards.
Idea lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Turk backwards.
Idea throws a punch but it's blocked by Turk.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Bad Idea will probably get the nod.
That's time! Idea's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Idea, as that shot connected.
Turk is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round!
Turk takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Turk is still on wobbly legs! Can Idea finish him?
Idea with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Turk to score with a decent uppercut.
Turk throws a looping overhand right but Idea ducks down to avoid it.
Idea lands with a cross.
Idea drops Turk with a huge uppercut! Turk drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Idea is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bad Idea!
Bad Idea retains his bantamweight title!
During a confident post fight interview, Bad Idea thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
