Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jason Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cane Corso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee's entrance music is Eminem feat. Nate Dogg - Till I Collapse. A fine choice. Cane Corso has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Cane Corso! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Damien Edna and Skip Squint.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Corso avoids a punch combination nicely.
Corso shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lee sprawls well. Lee wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Corso gets slowly back to his feet. Lee misses with a low kick as Corso jumps back. Lee throws a leg kick so Corso counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Corso trying to control the position from guard on top but Lee is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Corso sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lee's guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Corso is trying to control. Lee wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Corso seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lee is looking to improve his position.
Corso wants to control but Lee is keeping him busy. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Corso gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Lee checks a low kick from Corso. Lee looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Lee takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
It looks like Cane Corso has been cut. Cane Corso seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Corso scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Corso shoots for a double leg takedown but Lee sprawls well. He's pushed Corso's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Corso looks winded! Corso fails with the takedown and Lee counters with a right hand to the body. Jason Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cane Corso. Lee cracks Corso with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Lee lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Lee paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A jab from Lee finds it's way through Corso's defenses. Lee lands a left and a right that send Corso crashing to the mat, dazed. Lee thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Corso is rocked! Lee cracks a nice hook into Corso's ribs. Lee Rushes Corso and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Corso is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Lee Piles on the pressure and Corso crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jason Lee! Our winner, Jason Lee, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
