Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mali Dugi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dede Rustandi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dede Rustandi will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mali Dugi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dede Rustandi! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Josh West and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Dugi will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Rustandi! But no joy. Dugi tries to clinch up and Rustandi counters with a left to the body. Rustandi stuffs the takedown attempt from Dugi. Dugi gets slowly back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dugi shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rustandi defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mali Dugi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dugi misses with a takedown attempt - Rustandi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Dugi fails with the takedown and Rustandi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Dugi shoots and misses and Rustandi counters with a crisp one two that drops Dugi! Rustandi thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Dugi to his feet! Dugi is in big trouble!
Dugi is rocked! Dugi clinches. Oh Dugi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Rustandi tries to land a knee to the head but Dugi blocks with his arms.
Rustandi breaks the clinch.
Dugi seems to have got his legs back now. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Dugi misses with a takedown attempt and Rustandi counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Dugi moves to clinch but Rustandi breaks away and Rustandi makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Dugi is breathing heavily. Dugi fails to land the takedown.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Dugi fails with a takedown attempt. Dugi closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Rustandi quickly recovers to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rustandi trying to control here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dugi is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dugi is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Rustandi is just riding it out for now. Dugi eventually gives up the hold. Dugi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Rustandi tries to roll over but Dugi keeps him under control. Rustandi keeps trying to improve his position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dugi lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dede Rustandi dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Horrible takedown attempt by Dugi or perhaps it was just good defense by Rustandi, which made it look bad. Dugi clinches with his opponent.

Dugi darts in looking for a takedown but Rustandi gets double underhooks and turns Dugi into the cage. Rustandi lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dugi fails with the takedown and Rustandi counters with a lovely shot to the body. Dugi closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Rustandi did well to prevent Dugi getting side control. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Rustandi is looking to escape. Rustandi wants to improve his position but Dugi is controlling well.
Still in half guard, Dugi seems content to control. Dugi is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Dugi is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dugi wants to take a breather but Rustandi is having none of it. Rustandi wants to improve his position but Dugi is controlling well.
Dugi seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Rustandi missing with punches from the bottom.
Dugi is trying to work for a kimura but Rustandi is defending well.

Dugi is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rustandi defends it well. Well, if Dugi is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mali Dugi. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dugi forces Rustandi back against the cage and clinches. Dugi tries to pull guard but Rustandi forces him back to his feet, against the cage. Dugi is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Rustandi breaks the clinch.
Dugi doesn't succeed with the takedown and Rustandi counters with a stiff right hand. Dugi with a poor takedown and Rustandi finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dugi misses with a takedown and Rustandi counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Rustandi circles away from the clinch attempt and Rustandi counters with a huge right that knocks Dugi out cold! Rustandi is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Dede Rustandi! In his post fight interview, Dede Rustandi started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
