Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big D (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edmund Dorrance (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think D might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Nine Inch Nails - The Great Destroyer. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Big D! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Edmund Dorrance! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dorrance wants to clinch. D scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Dorrance is staying active underneath D, who seems content to just control the action from this position. D frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Dorrance tries to reverse the position but D maintains control. D with good strikes from the mount here! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Dorrance takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
It looks like Edmund Dorrance has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. D is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Dorrance is surviving well by controlling D's body position as best he can. D is working for a guillotine from mount but Dorrance frees his head quite easily.
Dorrance wants to hold on but D pushes him away. D postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Dorrance looks a forlorn figure.
That has opened up Edmund Dorrance's cut even more. Dorrance has given up his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dorrance fending off the submission attempt from D. D is breathing heavily. D trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Dorrance is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. D working for the choke. Dorrance trying to control but not successfully. Dorrance is trying to break free.
Dorrance looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands.
That's two minutes gone in the round. D lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Dorrance.
Dorrance is trying to get back to his feet but D has full control of the position and if anything, Dorrance has just worked his way into a worse spot. Dorrance is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if D gets his way!
D not allowing Dorrance to control his hands. D is working the ground and pound. Can Dorrance escape? D is cranking Dorrance's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Dorrance! He's tightened the choke and Dorrance is tapping out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Big D!
