Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rusty Cook (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peter Pan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rusty Cook has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Rusty Cook! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Peter Pan! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Dmitry Maklakov and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pan fails with a takedown attempt. Pan tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Cook defends well and Pan ends up having to push Cook into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. The fight moves into the clinch position. Pan has Cook pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Cook manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Rusty Cook has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Pan. Pan throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Cook blocks it with crossed arms. Cook wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pan is trying to break free. Cook could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Pan pulls guard effortlessly. Pan has his feet on Cook's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Cook misses with a combination
and Pan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pan fails with a takedown attempt. Pan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Cook swivels and escapes. Cook closes the distance looking to clinch and Pan counters with a series of strikes. Cook will be more careful next time no doubt. Pan gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Cook holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pan lands with a left to the head. Pan blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Pan wants to get back to striking at distance but Cook won't allow it.
Pan pulls guard effortlessly. Pan looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Cook might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Pan has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Cook has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cook tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Pan's elbow. Cook keeps control of Pan as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Pan is pushing Cook up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pan is looking for a takedown. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Pan takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Pan is defending well against a takedown attempt. Pan is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Pan pulls guard successfully.
Cook gets to his feet. Pan looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Nice sprawl there from Pan as Cook shoots in. Pan is looking for the big counter here. Pan circles away from the clinch attempt.
Pan is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Cook with a body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pan shoots in for a double leg but Cook sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Pan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cook is fending him off so far but Pan persists. Nope, Cook circles away and we're back to standing. Pan looks winded! Pan fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Pan fails with a takedown attempt. Cook appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Cook tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Pan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Cook sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. The fight moves into the clinch position. Cook is looking to take this one to the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Pan dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Pan shoots in for a takedown but Cook shows good takedown defense. Pan lands with a nice body punch. Cook darts in looking for a takedown but Pan gets double underhooks and turns Cook into the cage. Pan lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Cook at a distance.
Pan pushes Cook up against the cage in a clinch. Pan is trying to break the clinch but Cook is controlling him. Cook jumps into guard, dragging Pan to the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Cook is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Pan not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Pan prevents Cook from getting back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Pan gets to his feet. Cook looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Cook stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cook wants it to stay on the feet. Nice sprawl there from Cook as Pan shoots in. Rusty Cook has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Pan. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Pan. Pan is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Pan closes the distance and pushes Cook back into the cage. Cook tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Pan smiles and moves away.
Pan fails with a takedown attempt. Pan pushes Cook up against the cage in a clinch. A head punch blocked on the inside by Pan. Cook wants to break free but Pan has control.
Cook prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cook can't get the takedown.
Pan tries to circle away but Cook has him pinned against the cage. Pan gets control of Cook's arms and successfully pulls guard. Pan will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Pan is trying to keep Cook in close.
Peter Pan has got the better of the ground game so far. Cook is looking to stand up but Pan won't let him. Pan pulls Cook in close to his closed guard and prevents Cook from doing any damage or advancing position. Pan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cook can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Cook wants to stand but Pan has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Cook has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Cook gets to his feet. Pan looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Pan moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Pan moves into the clinch. Cook missing with knees to the body.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Pan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

Rusty Cook is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Cook tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pan swats him away and circles back towards the center. Rusty Cook has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Pan. Pan has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Cook is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cook wants to take the fight to the mat but Pan manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Pan jumps guard.
Pan takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Pan has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Cook would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Cook trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. Pan throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Pan manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Cook manages to get himself to full guard.
Pan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Cook is trying to control the position but Pan postures up. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Cook is on top in guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pan pulls Cook in close to his closed guard and prevents Cook from doing any damage or advancing position. Cook wants to stand but Pan has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pan pulls Cook in to control the position. Pan is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Cook presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Pan jumps guard and drags Cook to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pan lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Cook is looking to sweep but instead, Pan has passed into half guard.
Pan is figuring out what he wants to do next. Pan is pressing down on Cook's thigh, looking to free his foot. Cook is holding on for now. Pan keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Cook tries to get to full guard but Pan has control of the leg. Rusty Cook has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Peter Pan is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Pan is figuring out what he wants to do next.
And that's the end of the fight! Peter Pan comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Pan has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
