Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lukacz Belmont (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tatsuya Kawajiri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Belmont comes to the cage accompanied by N.W.A - Appetite For Destruction. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
34 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lukacz Belmont! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tatsuya Kawajiri! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Belmont connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Belmont definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Belmont. A good leg kick by Belmont. Belmont throws a poor cross that misses
and Kawajiri cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Belmont lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kawajiri has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kawajiri and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Kawajiri steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Belmont. Kawajiri staying out of range there. A nice side step and Kawajiri releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Belmont lunges at Kawajiri with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kawajiri's hand. Lukacz Belmont seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kawajiri throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Belmont counters with a thumping low kick. Belmont fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kawajiri. Belmont takes a swing at Kawajiri's ribcage but misses. Kawajiri is clearly looking to counter with head kicks. Belmont tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kawajiri was well out of range. Poor timing from Belmont. Kawajiri misses with a low kick as Belmont jumps back. Kawajiri checks the leg kick nicely there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Belmont with a nice cross. Kawajiri scoring well with a low kick there.
Kawajiri takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Kawajiri moves out of range of the leg kick from Belmont. Kawajiri is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Belmont. Kawajiri on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Belmont wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Belmont lands a jab. Jab from Kawajiri. Belmont throws a poor cross that misses
and Kawajiri counters with a two punch combo. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Belmont, right into the meat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Belmont swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kawajiri tries to land a body kick letting Belmont counter with a right hand. Belmont uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kawajiri. Nice body kick there by Kawajiri. Belmont throws a hook to the side of Kawajiri's head but Kawajiri sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kawajiri moves out of range as Belmont throws a body kick.
Belmont moves out of the way of the counter high kick fromKawajiri. Belmont lands a slapping body shot.
A low kick from Belmont misses and Kawajiri counters with a nice uppercut. Belmont missing with a left hand there. Kawajiri was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Belmont throws a solid leg kick but Kawajiri takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Belmont. Belmont tries to move into range but Kawajiri moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Kawajiri slips under a jab.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Belmont throws a jab when Kawajiri was well out of range. Belmont keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Belmont tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Kawajiri is able to avoid easily. Kawajiri throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Belmont stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Belmont is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kawajiri. Belmont on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Kawajiri checks the leg kick nicely there.

Kawajiri throws a right hand that misses
and Belmont counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Belmont rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Kawajiri counters with a straight right hand. Belmont is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kawajiri.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Belmont displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kawajiri throws out the jab. Kawajiri scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kawajiri throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Belmont slips a jab from Kawajiri. Jab from Kawajiri. Kawajiri throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kawajiri keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Belmont. Kawajiri throws a head kick but Belmont moves out of range.
Kawajiri on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Belmont. Belmont obviously looking to wear him down.
Kawajiri defending well as Belmont loads up on a big left hand. Despite the aggression on Kawajiri's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Belmont is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Kawajiri has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Kawajiri misses with a head kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Lukacz Belmont will probably get the nod. That's time! Belmont's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Kawajiri misses with a looping left. Kawajiri throws the left hand but Belmont avoids the punch easily. A telegraphed right hand from Kawajiri misses the target. Kawajiri misses with a hook. Belmont tried to score with a low kick but Kawajiri checks it. Belmont cracks Kawajiri with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Kawajiri bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Kawajiri takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Kawajiri is rocked! Belmont lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Kawajiri is still on wobbly legs! Can Belmont finish him? Belmont throws a body kick that misses. Kawajiri unleashes a big counter combination but Belmont bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Kawajiri seems to have recovered his senses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Belmont throws an off balance right hand
and Kawajiri counters with a left to the body. Kawajiri chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Belmont can pounce on him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kawajiri moves out of range of the strikes. Belmont misses with a wild body shot. Kawajiri throws a counter combo. Belmont throws a hook but Kawajiri blocks it. Kawajiri throws out a counter right but Belmont avoids it with no problem. Belmont dips down and scores with a jab to the body. An inside leg kick from Belmont misses. Kawajiri raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Kawajiri in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Belmont misses with a hook to the body

That's two minutes gone in the round. Kawajiri throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. Kawajiri takes a kick to the side of the head. This has been an exciting period of action! An inside leg kick lands from Belmont. Kawajiri misses with a kick to the body.

and Belmont takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Belmont misses with a hook. Kawajiri ducked under it nicely. A little jabbing left from Kawajiri on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Belmont tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Kawajiri feints a counter leg kick. Kawajiri misses with a two punch combination.
A head kick misses from Kawajiri. A bone on bone clash there as Kawajiri blocks the leg kick.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Belmont, as that shot connected.

and Kawajiri counters with a nice uppercut. Belmont lands a head shot. Belmont rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Belmont takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Belmont swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Kawajiri cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Belmont is rocked! Belmont ducks into an uppercut from Kawajiri and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
