Rootmans tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jitsu was well out of range. Poor timing from Rootmans.

Rootmans has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Sanitarium in the buildup to the fight.
Jitsu tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rootmans defends well and Jitsu ends up having to push Rootmans into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jitsu shoots in for a takedown but Rootmans shows good takedown defense.
Rootmans throws a right and a left that both miss.
No joy there for Rootmans, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jitsu dives in and scores a takedown into Rootmans's guard.
Jitsu throws a strike but Rootmans rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Jitsu looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Rootmans is defending well. Jitsu quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Rootmans has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Jitsu celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
