The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panda has closed the distance and engaged Knox in a clinch.
Knox lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Knox has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Panda uses from the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Panda slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Panda is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Knox looks calm but he's in trouble here. Panda gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Knox is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Panda lets go of the hold and Knox can pop his arm back in it's socket.
