Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Beach Bum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ravel Marques (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Marques has chosen Slipknot - Before I Forget as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Beach Bum!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ravel Marques!
The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bum shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Bum was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Bum is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Marques knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Bum tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bum has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Bum is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Marques has escaped the position, nice work there.
Bum has hold of Marques's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Marques tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Bum cranks the arm and Marques screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Marques, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Beach Bum!
