Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chi Buchanan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ercus Andrei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buchanan tries to clinch up but Andrei circles away and keeps his distance.
Ercus Andrei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Andrei scores with a nice body kick.

Andrei closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Buchanan to the mat! Buchanan manages to get full guard.

Buchanan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Andrei throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Buchanan because Andrei loaded up on that one.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Andrei is on top in guard.

Andrei gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Andrei takes a kick to the side of the head.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Andrei lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Andrei breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

and Buchanan decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Andrei's guard.

Andrei is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Buchanan enables Andrei to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Buchanan manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Andrei changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Buchanan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Andrei throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Buchanan tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Andrei is in Buchanan's guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Andrei pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Andrei shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Andrei showed some decent athleticism there.
Ercus Andrei has got the better of the ground game so far.

Andrei stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Buchanan to get to his feet.

Andrei bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ercus Andrei showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

It looks like Chi Buchanan has been cut.
Buchanan is trying to force a seperation but Andrei has the dominant position.
Oh Buchanan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Andrei has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Buchanan regains guard immediately.

Buchanan is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Andrei defends well.

Andrei slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Andrei throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Andrei dives in and scores a takedown into Buchanan's guard.

Andrei is looking to work some ground and pound but Buchanan has wrist control.
Buchanan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Andrei on the ground.

Andrei lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Buchanan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Andrei throws a strike but Buchanan rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Andrei shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Buchanan's guard.

Ercus Andrei comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Andrei has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
