Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Paul Burke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Burke might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Let it Rock. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James throws a series of punches but Burke avoids them all with ease.
James walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Burke bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps James's head backwards.
James misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Burke avoids the head kick by James.
James ducks under a wild hook from Burke.
Burke swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

James has managed to clinch.

James tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Burke avoids the head kick by James.
No joy there for Burke, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
