Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Monroe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Morris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Morris has chosen Prong - Snap your fingers, snap your neck as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyle Monroe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Matt Morris!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morris throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Monroe connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Monroe misses with a body kick.
Morris tries to close the distance and clinch up but Monroe swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A little feinted left hand from Monroe on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Morris has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Morris throws a head kick that misses.
Morris tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Monroe was well out of range. Poor timing from Morris.
Morris takes one on the chin but seems OK.
A swing and a miss from Monroe.
Monroe throws a front kick that sends Morris stumbling back into the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Morris shoots in but no luck this time.
Morris tries to clinch but Monroe is having none of it.
Monroe punishes Morris's body with a nice straight punch.
Monroe has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Morris ducks right into an uppercut from Monroe.
Morris is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Monroe cracks Morris with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Morris looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Monroe finish him?
Morris is still on wobbly legs! Can Monroe finish him?
Morris tries to clinch up
and Monroe counters with a huge right that knocks Morris out cold! Monroe is running around with a crazed look on his face - you can see how much that meant to him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Kyle Monroe!
During a confident post fight interview, Kyle Monroe thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
The defeated Matt Morris had this to say: 'I'll be back, sorry to disappoint my fans!'.
