The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Ackerman and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atkinson misses with a kick to the body.
Direction connects with a jab.
Direction fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Direction jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Atkinson throws a solid leg kick but Direction takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Atkinson.
Direction walks forward, straight into a front kick from Atkinson.
Direction uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Atkinson has time to react.
Direction cracks Atkinson with a good jab.
Atkinson throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Atkinson throws a leg kick
letting Direction counter with a right hand.

Atkinson slips a jab from Direction.
Direction misses with a hook. Atkinson ducked under it nicely.
A decent looking cross lands there for Direction.
Oh Atkinson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Direction rushes Atkinson and presses him up against the cage.
Direction throws a knee to the head but misses.
Atkinson tries a body shot but Direction blocks it.
Atkinson seems to have got his legs back now.

Direction lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
