The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Joel Vega has been cut.

Wong throws out a head kick that Vega doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Vega crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Vega's eyes and has decided to let it go on!

Vega's legs have taken a beating and he's really slowing down as a result.

Wong throws a switch kick that catches Vega on the top of the head and drops him to the canvas! Vega looks hurt - I'm not sure he's going to get back up! The referee starts the count but calls it off at seven as Vega flops around on the canvas, clearly in no position to continue! This fight is over!
