Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don T. Bill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emanoel Moreno (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bill and Emanoel Moreno. The key to victory for Don T. Bill has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Don T. Bill! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
25 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Emanoel Moreno! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bill clinches. Moreno wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Bill tries to work over Moreno's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Moreno has Bill pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Moreno pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Bill tumbling to the mat - Moreno dives into Bill's guard. Bill pulls Moreno in close to his closed guard and prevents Moreno from doing any damage or advancing position. Moreno got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bill has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Moreno has managed to get both his arms back between Bill's legs - danger averted. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Moreno advances position into side control! Moreno is looking to take a break and control but Bill is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moreno happy to just control the position for now. Bill wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Moreno has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Bill! Moreno wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it. Moreno jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Bill manages to avoid the submission attempt. My spies in HARD WORK!! inform me that Moreno has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! What's Bill going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Bill is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Moreno asserts his dominance and retains side control. Moreno trying to control the position but Bill is working away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bill wants to control but Moreno postures up. Moreno tries to move to mount but Bill blocks the move with his legs.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bill tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Moreno presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Bill manages to regain half guard. Good work. Bill tries to get to full guard but Moreno has control of the leg. Moreno is looking to advance position but Bill won't allow it. Bill scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Moreno manages to mount him!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Bill wants to control but Moreno is having none of it. Moreno goes for an armbar but Bill turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Bill. Moreno wants to sweep here but Bill controlling him for the moment. Bill working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Bill stands up over Moreno, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bill avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Moreno is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Emanoel Moreno dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Moreno closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bill circles away. Moreno clinches up with Bill and pushes him back against the cage. Bill swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Bill misses with a hook to the ribs.
Bill lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Moreno or not. Bill misses with a body punch.
Moreno wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bill has him pressed against the cage. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Bill scores with a shoulder strike. A short right from Bill on the inside. Moreno is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Bill gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Bill tries to work over Moreno's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Moreno blocks a body shot from Bill. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bill gets underhooks to prevent Moreno's takedown attempt.
Don T. Bill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Emanoel Moreno. Bill lands a nice uppercut. Moreno blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Bill misses with a hook from the clinch. Moreno is trying to break free. Still in the clinch, Bill scores with a nice short uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moreno blocks a body shot from Bill. Bill struggles to land a body shot inside as Moreno controls his hands.
Bill dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Moreno is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. A short uppercut from Bill. Bill misses with a hook to the ribs.
Both guys are working to get underhooks. Bill fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Moreno is trying to drag Bill to the mat but Bill just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Bill tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Bill tries a body shot but Moreno blocks it.
Bill tries to stall but Moreno uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Don T. Bill has scored more points in the clinch so far. Bill gets control of Moreno's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bill will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Moreno preventing the sweep.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bill wants to stand up but Moreno is controlling him. Moreno works a leg free and moves into half guard. Moreno wants to pass to mount but Bill is defending the position. Bill is trying to stand up here but Moreno is controlling him well. Moreno looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Moreno wants to pass the guard but Bill is defending well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bill is not content to let Moreno control the position. Bill is trying to control but can't.
Moreno is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from Bill as he works his way to full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Bill throws a strike aimed at the side of Moreno's head but Moreno avoids it well. Bill in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. Bill tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bill has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Bill working the ground and pound from side control. Bill looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio. Moreno manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Moreno tries to roll over but Bill keeps him under control. Bill throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Moreno avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bill. Bill thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Moreno's head. Moreno has hold of Bill's hands but Bill slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Don T. Bill dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Moreno tries for a takedown but Bill circles away easily and Bill counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Bill with a poor takedown and Moreno counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Moreno. Moreno is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Bill is defending well. Bill fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Both fighters working to control the clinch. Moreno gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Bill regains guard.
Moreno advances to half guard. Bill is not content to let Moreno control the position. Emanoel Moreno has got the better of the ground game so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bill wants to get back to his feet.
Bill is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Moreno's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Moreno's back!
That's one minute gone in the round. Moreno preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Bill. Bill is landing with strikes from the back. Bill is looking to finish with some ground and pound! Bill is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Moreno knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Moreno for a finish. Bill is not going to allow Moreno to sit and survive in this position. Moreno covering up well and avoiding damage. Bill is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Moreno can do to turn this around?
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bill lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Moreno hold on?!
Bill is persistently looking for the submission but Moreno is defending it well.
Bill is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Bill is working hard for the rear naked choke here.
Bill looking for the choke from the back. Even with his hooks in, Bill manages to miss with strikes from the back. Moreno rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Moreno gets full guard. Bill stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Moreno swivels though and keeps the full guard. Bill throws an elbow that misses. Moreno uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bill's guard. Nice move by Moreno! Bill keeping moving, preventing Moreno from controlling successfully. Moreno won't allow Bill to sweep him here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bill wants to stand and escape but Moreno is having none of it. Bill working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Moreno doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Moreno manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Bill can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Moreno controls the pace. Moreno trying to control the position from guard on top but Bill is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Moreno advances to half guard. Moreno tries to pass the half guard into mount. Bill knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! Don T. Bill showed his dominance in that final round. Well Bill has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
