Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Troll Skog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brooklyn Harmony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Troll Skog!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brooklyn Harmony!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Skog throws a right and a left that both miss.
Harmony moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Skog tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Harmony paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Harmony misses with a combination
and Skog counters with a nice low kick that buckles Harmony's knee momentarily.
Skog lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Harmony throws a right and a left that Skog avoids nicely.

Harmony is working for a guillotine from mount but Skog frees his head quite easily.
Harmony postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Skog looks a forlorn figure.
Harmony has hold of Skog's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Skog manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Harmony is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Skog has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Skog tries to lock up and control but Harmony gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Harmony has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Skog is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Harmony.

That was a close second round but I would say that Troll Skog will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Troll Skog.
