The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cerci circles away from the clinch attempt
and Cerci counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Gerrig dodges the punch combination from Cerci.
Cerci ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Cerci connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Gerrig gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Cerci throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Cerci lands with an overhand left.
It looks like Richard Gerrig has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Cerci counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Gerrig! He's just covering up as Cerci starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
