The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Daniel Bishop and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nowak doesn't manage to clinch there - Sinclair circles away.
Sinclair closes the distance and clinches.
Sinclair prevents a takedown attempt there.
Sinclair is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Nowak pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Nowak is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Sinclair can't fight it off and eventually Nowak manages to take the fight to the floor. Sinclair looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Nowak stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sinclair swivels though and keeps the full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nowak wants to advance to full mount but Sinclair doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Sinclair has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Nowak doesn't defend quickly enough and Sinclair has managed to lock this one up! Can Nowak escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Sinclair on a fantastic submission victory.
