Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Marty Bell!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Connor Castillo!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bell moves into range and clinches up with Castillo.
With the fighters up against the cage, Bell throws an elbow but misses.
Castillo looking for a takedown.
Castillo changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Bell fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Castillo tries to keep at a distance but Bell has taken the fight into the clinch.
Bell cracks Castillo with a nice body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Castillo slaps away a takedown attempt from Bell, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Bell tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Castillo avoids it.

Bell has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Castillo is trying to keep an underhook but Bell manages to get the takedown into half guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Castillo is trying to drag Bell to the mat but Bell just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Bell is trying to pull guard but Castillo turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Bell tries to work over Castillo's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Connor Castillo has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Well Bell has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
