The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Brown looks to land a combination but Boles avoids it well.
Boles looks like he wants to counter punch here.
Brown lands the left hand.

Brown throws a series of punches but Boles avoids them all with ease.
Brown sets himself, and Boles steps forward looking for the clinch! Brown avoids it this time.
Boles throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Boles closes the distance and pushes Brown back into the cage.
Boles gets through Brown's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Brown uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Boles has time to react.

Boles gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Boles's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Brown drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Brown jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Boles is still in real trouble! Can Brown finish him?

Brown thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Boles is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Brown is aware though and is defending well.
Brown postures up.
Boles really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Brown. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Brown postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Boles is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Brown, into his guard.

Brown looking for a triangle here. Boles is fighting it but it looks tight! Brown pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Boles is tapping out - this one is all over!
