The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Fedor Mirinova and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kusilutka shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Mackintosh as he jumps to the side.
Kusilutka tries to clinch there but Mackintosh circles away.
Kusilutka looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kusilutka blocks a leg kick.
Kusilutka scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Mackintosh tries to buck Kusilutka off but Kusilutka is having none of it.
Mackintosh on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Kusilutka is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Mackintosh has escaped the position, nice work there.
Mackintosh wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mackintosh tries to improve position but can't.
Kusilutka grinds an elbow into Mackintosh's temple.
Mackintosh is rocked!
Kusilutka scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Mackintosh is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Kusilutka can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Igor Kusilutka!
