Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dallas Humphrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tomas Rolinc (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dallas Humphrey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tomas Rolinc!
The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Konstantin Menshow and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rolinc fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Humphrey, pushing him back against the cage.

Humphrey breaks the clinch.

Humphrey missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
Humphrey is looking to take a break and control but Rolinc is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Rolinc tries to kick Humphrey off but Humphrey keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Humphrey wants to pass the guard but Rolinc is defending well.
Humphrey is trying to control. Rolinc wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Humphrey is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Rolinc defends it well.

Humphrey stands up from half guard.

Humphrey closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Humphrey lands in his opponent's guard.

Rolinc tries to sprawl but Humphrey drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Humphrey wants to hit a switch here but Rolinc passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Humphrey there!

Humphrey is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Rolinc has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Humphrey is proving hard to escape from.

Rolinc is breathing heavily.

Humphrey stands up and waves to Rolinc to follow him.

Humphrey bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Humphrey decides to stand back up. Humphrey steps back and let's Rolinc get back to his feet.

Rolinc gets caught flat footed, as Humphrey shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Humphrey postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Humphrey gets to his feet. Rolinc looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Humphrey has closed the distance and engaged Rolinc in a clinch.

Humphrey manages to pull guard.
Humphrey wants to get back to his feet but Rolinc is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Humphrey throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Rolinc would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Rolinc avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Humphrey is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Humphrey decides to stand and escape the position.

Humphrey drives through and clinches with Rolinc against the cage.

Rolinc has clasped his hands together around Humphrey's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Rolinc wants to stand but Humphrey has his arm trapped.
Humphrey is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Humphrey regains full guard. Nicely done.
Humphrey throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Rolinc trying to move into half guard but instead Humphrey has managed to sweep!

Humphrey stands and throws Rolinc's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Humphrey stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Rolinc tries to keep at a distance but Humphrey has taken the fight into the clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dallas Humphrey dominated that second round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!


Humphrey darts in looking for a takedown but Rolinc gets double underhooks and turns Humphrey into the cage.

Humphrey closes the distance and clinches.
Humphrey is trying to pull guard but Rolinc turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Humphrey tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rolinc smiles and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dallas Humphrey. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rolinc tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Humphrey is able to avoid easily.

Humphrey is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Rolinc takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Humphrey manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Humphrey looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rolinc is one step ahead there.

Humphrey has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Rolinc doesn't defend quickly enough and Humphrey has managed to lock this one up! Can Rolinc escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Humphrey on a fantastic submission victory.
