Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kareem Riggs! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daryl Dixon! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dixon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Riggs was well out of range. Poor timing from Dixon. Dixon tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Riggs takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Dixon gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Riggs goes for a takedown attempt but Dixon pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Dixon misses with a series of wild punches.
Daryl Dixon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Riggs gets a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dixon pulls Riggs into guard.
The fighters are working up against the cage. Dixon manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dixon stops a takedown attempt from Riggs.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Dixon. Riggs jumps guard but Dixon stands there with Riggs around his waist. Riggs gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kareem Riggs. That's going to take a lot out of him. A frustrated look appears on Dixon's face as he tries to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dixon prevents a takedown attempt there.
Dixon jumps guard.
Dixon uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Riggs throws a wild hook but Dixon just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Riggs gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Dixon raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
