Tocchet with a poor takedown
enabling Farofa to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Rick Tocchet has been cut.
Tocchet drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Tocchet is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Farofa has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Tocchet is looking to defend but Farofa has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Tocchet! Farofa pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Tocchet taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Carlos Farofa!
