The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dassler throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Petrosyan's waist but Petrosyan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Dassler off to one side.
Dassler gets tackled into the cage by Petrosyan. Petrosyan maintains the clinch.
Dassler has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Petrosyan uses from the top position.
Petrosyan is posturing up here but Dassler has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Petrosyan tries to roll out but it's too tight and Petrosyan has to tap! Slick submission there by Dassler!
