Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Demetrius Cote (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bad go (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Roger Salmon and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Cote with that takedown attempt.
go throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Cote was covering up waiting for the punch and go finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Cote looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but go puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Cote is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
go content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Let's hope that go has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cote is trying to maintain the position but go is very close to passing his half guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Cote accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Cote has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
go is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Cote isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. go stacks Cote on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by go!
go is staying tight to Cote's torso, preventing him from escaping.

Cote really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

go stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Cote looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? go is fending him off so far but Cote persists. Nope, go circles away and we're back to standing.

go throws a head kick but Cote moves out of range.
Cote went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Cote tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. go manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Cote closes this distance looking for a takedown but go circles away.
go bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Bad go has got the better of the ground game so far.

Cote has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but go can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Cote is looking to stand back up but go counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Cote.
Cote has hold of go's hands but go slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
go passes into side control, despite Cote's attempt to control the position.
go wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Cote, who protects the arm well.

Cote tries to buck go off but go is having none of it.
Cote taking punishment in the form of punches.
Cote looking for a sweep but go has passed into full mount! Oh no!
go controlling his opponent.
go has hold of Cote's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Cote manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The referee warns Cote that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

go is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Cote is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Cote flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. go anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Cote and secures both hooks! This could be bad! go slips an arm under Cote chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. go has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. go is squeezing on Cote like an anaconda would it's prey. Cote fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Bad go!
