The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Malaki scores with a sloppy right hand. dos Passos should have avoided that one.
Malaki throws a body shot but no joy.
Malaki connects with an inside leg kick.

dos Passos tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Malaki manages to circle out of the way.
A lazy body kick from Malaki
and dos Passos counters with a stiff right hand.
Malaki fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and dos Passos has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Malaki's corner calls for a 1-2. Malaki obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Malaki has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
dos Passos moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
dos Passos takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Yancy Malaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Malaki scores with a jab to the head.
dos Passos avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

dos Passos walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles dos Passos limp body while Malaki jumps on to the cage and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!

After winning the bout, Yancy Malaki thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
