Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Michael Johnstone and Santiago Holmes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyrm� scores with a sloppy right hand. Machado should have avoided that one.
Machado looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Daniel Machado seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Tyrm� connects with a leg kick. Machado looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

It looked like Tyrm� was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tyrm� has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Tyrm� there as he acknowledges the shot.

Tyrm� uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Machado.

Machado ducks right into an uppercut from Tyrm�.

Machado throws a jab but it's blocked by Tyrm�.
Sloppy strikes from Tyrm�. Those never looked like landing.
A looping hook to the body misses from Tyrm�. Machado does a little dance to reset his feet.
A slow jab from Machado misses its intended target.
An attempted straight right counter from Tyrm� misses the target.

Machado will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Tyrm� looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Machado throws a lazy body kick
and Tyrm� counters with a two punch combo.
Tyrm� looks to score with a jab to the body but Machado is just out of range.
A little jabbing left from Machado on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Machado closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Tyrm� crashing to the mat! Tyrm� uses the cage to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!
Tyrm� is rocked!
Machado jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Oh Tyrm� is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Machado throws a body shot but no joy.
Tyrm� seems to have got his legs back now.
Tyrm� ducks into a a hook from Machado and goes down! He looks in a bit of a mess; will he beat the count?! 4,5,6,7,8 - he's up and looking to carry on! The referee looks into his eyes and sees that he's OK to continue!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Machado scores with a hook to the body. Tyrm� takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Machado stuns Tyrm� with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Machado cracks Tyrm� with a right hand to the side of the head.

Machado lands a front kick.
Machado throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Machado looks to score with a jab to the body but Tyrm� is just out of range.

Machado drops a shoulder and throws a biiiig uppercut that drops Tyrm� onto his butt! Tyrm� pops straight back to his feet to convince the referee that he's OK to continue.

Machado stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Tyrm� leaves his chin hanging out and Machado seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Tyrm� crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Daniel Machado!
