The bell rings for round one and we are underway! O Conghaile scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. A looping hook to the body misses from Kyoraku. O Conghaile does a little dance to reset his feet. O Conghaile thinks about the counter body kick. O Conghaile defending well as Kyoraku loads up on a big left hand. A close round but Oisin O Conghaile will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Oisin O Conghaile's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Kyoraku lands a nice shot that snaps O Conghaile's head back.
O Conghaile drops his hands momentarily and Kyoraku takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Kyoraku cracks O Conghaile with an open hand slap. Kyoraku tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. O Conghaile raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. O Conghaile looks to land a right hand but Kyoraku moved out of range. Kyoraku scores with a shot to the body.
O Conghaile throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. O Conghaile lands with a slapping head kick. O Conghaile takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Kyoraku and O Conghaile are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Kyoraku throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking O Conghaile into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Kyoraku knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Shunsui Kyoraku! A victorious Shunsui Kyoraku thanked his army of followers in his post fight interview, telling people to make sure they follow him on Twitter. Oisin O Conghaile was interviewed post fight and said 'You must defeat Sheng Long to stand a chance!'.
