The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Englund shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Holland's guard.

Holland wants to stand up but Englund is controlling him.

Englund working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Englund is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Englund passes Holland's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Englund has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Holland could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Holland is looking for a sweep. Englund is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Englund in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Holland tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Englund!
